All of our educators and instructors are certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) and are healthcare professionals and providers, which means they are experts in the field. Our instructors are made up of Public Health Educators, Registered Nurses, Physicians, and Nurse Practitioners. HEAL provides an
inter-professional collaborative
(IPCP) practice and interprofessional
educational (IPE)

Jason here! I just graduated from CSU Monterey Bay with a Kinesiology degree with an emphasis in Exercise Science. I am hoping in the years to come, I will find myself practicing a form of Physical Therapy. I am Bay Area Native, I have a bit of exploring to do in Southern California. But, when I am not working at HEAL, you can find me exercising at the local gym or exploring new beaches.

I am a graduate of California State University Monterey Bay. I graduated with a bachelor of science (BS) in Kinesiology with a concentration in health and wellness. I am certified as Personal Trainer (CPT) and CPR through the American Heart Association.

I am a graduate of CSUMB and a current Graduate Student of Azusa Pacific University. I am currently studying Sport Therapy and hoping to get into Sport Medicine. I am an avid personal trainer with a passion for sports and personal health.I am certified as a personal trainer (CPT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Previous experience include; athletic training student, D2 collegiate athletics as strength and conditioning for the Men's Women's Basketball, Volleyball and Soccer at CSUMB. I was the Co-Head strength and conditioning coach for the CSUMB women's rugby between 2016-2017. When I am not working at the HEAL Clinic I spend my time providing personal training at 24hour fitness. My goal is to take the HEAL and the HEAL Clinic to the next level of of health promotion, community and public health. My Interests: Basketball, Rugby, Olympic and Power lifting, Hiking, Beach, The Outdoors, and Reading a good book.
